Consultations
Every service begins with a brief discussion about what you want. This happens before we start cutting, not after.
Products Used
We work with professional-grade products selected for effectiveness rather than brand recognition. If you have sensitivities, mention them during consultation.
Walk-ins
Accepted when time permits, but booked appointments receive priority. Weekends typically require advance booking.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us at least twenty-four hours before your scheduled time. Last-minute cancellations affect our ability to serve other clients.
